 The 13th edition of Indian Premier League was organized in UAE during the tough times due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The fans got 60 matches in almost 2 months. After the outstanding season of IPL, let’s look at some of the top moments of IPL 2020.

Rahul Tewatia’s match winning knock against KXIP 


Rajasthan Royals all-rounder Rahul Tewatia became an overnight star during the IPL 2020. He surprise every cricket fan during the game against Kings XI Punjab. After struggling at 17 from 23 at one stage, Tewatia went on to smash five sixes in an over off Sheldon Cottrell. As a result, RR chased down a massive total of 224 with three deliveries remaining.

Anrich Nortje bowled the fastest ball in the IPL



Delhi Capitals fast bowler Anrich Nortje bowled the fastest ball in the history of IPL during a game against Rajasthan Royals. The 26-year old bowler bowled the top four fastest deliveries of the tournament.

Double Super over in a single match



One of the rarest incidents in cricket history took place during this year’s of IPL. The match between Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians got tied and went to the Super Over but the match did not end here as the Super Over also got tied. Finally, KXIP won the match in the second Super Over.
